Seeking BC/ BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. Our physicians are on duty 24/7 and a quick care physician is available Monday through Friday 5PM-3AM and on weekends 3PM-3AM. We also utilize PA?s to help triage patients and shorten wait times. We have an average of 40,000 ER visits per year. No VISA candidates.
ER Overview:
? 23 Treatment rooms comprised of private rooms for special services (trauma, cardiac, pediatric, OB/GYN, psychiatric)
? 2 negative pressure isolation rooms
? Four beds are designated ?general treatment? for ?Quick care? usage
? 15 cardiac monitors and 4 defribillators provide additional cardiac monitoring as needed
? Adult and pediatric crash carts
? External and internal pacemakers
? Carts are established to provide needed equipment to care for ophthalmic, neurologic, urologic carts, chest tube carts, orthopedic cart and ENT evaluation and treatment carts
