Envision Physician Services is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join their ED team in Urbana & Danville, IL. Start Date Bonus available. J-1 Visa sponsorship.

{Note: Physicians are cross credentialed between OSF Heart of Mary and OSF Sacred Heart Medical Centers}.

Position Profile:

  • 17,000 annual patient visits
  • 19 bed ED
  • 24 hours of day physician coverage
  • Physician Shifts 7a-7p/7p-7a
  • 8 hours of Advanced Practice Provider coverage
  • Advanced Practice Provider shifts 12p-8p
  • EPIC EMR
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (preferred) or BC in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with extensive EM experience
  • Independent Contractor status with increased compensation & start date bonus
