Job Description

The primary focus of the Emergency Medicine Physician is to provide compassionate and high quality care to all patients.

Details:

• Locum position
• Full-time or part-time
• Minimum of 6-shifts per month
• 6-month assignment with possibility for extension
• Expanding rural hospital
• 10K annual ER volume
• 24 hour shifts (staff sleeping quarters on-site)
• 45-bed hospital
• Physician-led organization
• Ancillary/support staff available

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Emergency, Internal, or Family Medicine
• Valid California medical license
• Must have recent emergency medicine experience
• Spanish a plus but not required
• Active DEA
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and ATLS certification required
