- Multiple site options to choose from - Everything from Free Standing ER to Level 1 Trauma Centers
- 8 & 12 hour shifts available
- Full time is considered 108 hours - some providers choose to work up to 200 hours per month
- Providers equally split up night, weekend, and holiday shifts - shift differentials included for nights, weekends, and holidays
- You have the option to be a full time night shift provider with increase compensation for the shift
- Leadership and clinical training opportunities unique to the organization
- Hourly rate with wRVU bonus
- $100,000 sign on
- Ownership granted through sweat equity - no vote or buy-in required
