New Open Position! Envision Physician Services is searching for full time and part-time Emergency Medicine Physician ­to become apart of our prestigious practice at Mercy Hospital ­in Miami, Florida. Quality candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American­ Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM). Candidates will rotate between the main campus and the new stand alone ER opening in Fall of 2022.

  • 37 bed ED (8 bed fast Track and 5 bed Pediatric Area)
  • Mercy is now accessible for emergency response teams by land, air and sea!
  • 49,000 visits per year
  • 48 hours physician coverage
  • 24 hours of Advanced Practice Providers
  • 35% admission rate
  • Primary Stroke Center
  • OB services and Level II NICU
  • In-patient psych with 24/7 psych intake
  • Interventional cardiac catheterization facility with CT surgery backup
  • Dedicated ED glide scope and US machine
  • 24 hour in house hospitalists
  • 24 hour in house intensivists
  • No floor code or consult responsibilities
  • Partners with EMS to offer the ICE (Induced Cooling by EMS) program
  • Multi-specialty services and exceptional medical staff back-up (neurosurgery, gen surgery, vascular surgery, CT surgery, neurology, hand, podiatry, plastics, ortho, ENT, GI, urology)
  • EMR: Meditech, Pdoc, dragon dictation
