- Position: Critical Care MD
- The hours are 7-5 in house and call is 5 pm - 7 am
- Dates: Multiple dates from October to November
- ACTIVE KY license and has DEA
- Must be Board Certified in Critical Care and have ACLS
- Must be able to perform listed procedures: Common Critical Care procedures-- airway management, central lines, arterial lines, dialysis catheter, paracentesis, thoracentesis bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion at a minimum
- Coverage needs per month: 8-12 shifts per month
- Daily Patient volume: 8-14 Medical ICU
- Support Staff: The provider will be sole coverage for the MICU. There will be support from MICU nurses, respiratory therapist and other service lines.
