Physician - Emergency Medicine
Job Details:
Coverage needed at main hospital campus and affiliated freestanding emergency departments (FSEDs) in the surrounding areaLocum need is equivalent of 2 FTEs
Must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
Preference for providers open to working at both main hospital campus and affiliated FSEDs
Main hospital campus may consider less than 12-hour shifts; affiliated FSEDs require 12-hour shifts
FSEDs provide comprehensive emergency services including laboratory and imaging services
Must be board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM), or board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with a minimum of 3 years and 6,000 hours of direct emergency medicine experience
ACLS and PALS certifications required
ATLS is recommended but not required for FSED positions

This facility is a full-service emergency care organization operating both a main hospital campus and multiple affiliated freestanding emergency departments in the surrounding region. The facility offers comprehensive emergency services supported by on-site laboratory and imaging capabilities, providing high-quality acute care to the community. Site directors are actively engaged in the provider onboarding process and are available to connect with locum providers directly.
