Schedule: Day and night 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM); 7–14 shifts per month (as documented)

Position Overview

Emergency medicine coverage in an acute care hospital setting

Floor code response required (as documented)

Document patient care using EPIC

Facility / Coverage Details

55-bed hospital

ED beds: 18 (15 ED, 3 observation)

Estimated annual ED volume: 16,000

Required Qualifications

Active Arizona medical license

BC (ABEM) or BE Emergency Medicine (as documented)

Greater than 50 emergency medicine cases within the prior 12 months required for privileges (as documented)

Credentialing / Onboarding Items

Onboarding/credentialing timeframe: 60–120 days (as documented)
