JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or ABMS-recognized specialty with 5+ years high-volume ED experience
• Licenses: Active IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA with IN address
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with IN address and schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4; IN State Controlled Substance
• Certifications: BLS/CPR required
• Experience: New graduates (EM residency within 12 months) or IM with 5+ years continuous full-time high-volume ED experience
• Other Qualifications: CME Attestation Form, documentation of case logs for past 2 years, immunizations (Flu, TB, COVID), 10-year claims history

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a low-volume, high-efficiency ED.
• Perform moderate sedation procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with APC support staff to optimize patient flow and throughput.
• Adhere to evidence-based protocols and clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the modern EMR system.
