REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Licenses: Active Texas license, active DEA with TX address, CSR if needed
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required
• Certifications: ATLS and PALs required
• Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages
• Manage acute medical and trauma emergencies, including resuscitation
• Supervise and collabrate with NP/PAs and other support staff
• Participate in trauma team activations and Level II trauma coverage
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in Cerner EMR
