JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM) – Board eligible accepted with ATLS and PALS as of 7/1/26
- Certifications: ATLS, PALS (for board eligible candidates)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED
- Manage an average of 87 patients per day with support from NPPA staff
- Collaborate with subspecialty backup including surgery, orthopedics, neurology, cardiology, etc.
- Document patient encounters in Cerner EMR system
- Work 12-hour shifts as scheduled (6a-6p or 6p-6a)
