A well-established healthcare organization in West Central Minnesota is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join its Emergency Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an emergency physician seeking strong earning potential, a collaborative team, and a generous time-off package.
New graduates completing residency in 2027 are welcome to apply. H-1B candidates are also welcome; J-1 sponsorship is not available.
- $480K+ compensation, based on experience and approximately 12 shifts/month
- Guaranteed 1,500 hours per year
- Approximately 10–12 shifts per month
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
- Equitable participation in days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- 6 weeks of PTO per calendar year
