JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Licenses: Active Ohio medical license
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with Ohio address and schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4,5
• Certifications: NRP required; ACLS, PALS, ATLS required for FM/IM physicians; EM boarded exempt
• Experience: No minimum experience required
• Other Qualifications: Case logs for previous 2 years, seasonal influenza vaccine, malpractice coverage $100k/$300k

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide emergency medical care in a 17-bed ED with moderate acuity.
• Work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with APP support.
• Supervise Physician Assistants as required.
• Perform moderate sedation procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and licensure.
