Job description
Locum EM Phyician needed at Seattle WA level IV trauma center for as soon as credentialed start.
Ideal coverage frequency is 2 weeks/month (15 shifts) ongoing, or full-time including holidays.
Shifts vary as follows:
Mid: 11a-8p (every day of the week, doesn't change on weekends)
AM: 7a-4p Mon-Fri (7a-3p on Sat/Sun)
PM: 2p-11p Mon-Fri (3p-11p on Sat/Sun)
Epic EMR
Support staff includes RNs

Qualifications
WA License - [REQUIRED, not accepting IMLC ]
Residency Requirements/Fellowship –EM fellowship [REQUIRED]
ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA - [REQUIRED]
