King’s Daughters Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join our team in Brookhaven, Mississippi. This opportunity offers the ability to practice broad-scope emergency medicine in a community hospital setting with access to inpatient and specialty support. Brookhaven is approximately 55 miles south of Jackson and is located along the I-55 corridor, providing convenient access to regional destinations while offering the pace and sense of community of a smaller city.
KDMC is a 49-bed acute care hospital and Level IV Trauma Center serving Brookhaven and communities throughout Southwest Mississippi. Our hospital provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, and specialty services.
Job Responsibilities
Emergency Department Beds: 19 Total
Trauma Rooms: 4
Fast Track Rooms: 3
Daily Patient Census: 60-100
Emergency physicians at KDMC have access to a broad range of hospital-based and specialty resources to support the evaluation, stabilization, treatment, and ongoing care of patients.
