Job description
Emergency Services at Texoma Medical Center (TMC) are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The main 48-room Emergency Department features two dedicated trauma bays, advanced imaging suites, specialized psychiatric treatment rooms, a decontamination area and an isolation room.
Designated as a Level III Trauma Center, TMC provides advanced emergency care for patients experiencing serious illness and injury. TMC is also an Accredited Chest Pain Center, is accredited for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) by the American College of Cardiology, and is a Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission.
TMC's stroke program earned the 2026 Get With The Guidelines® – Stroke Gold Plus designation, along with Target: Stroke℠ Honor Roll Elite Plus and Target: Type 2 Diabetes™ Honor Roll recognition. U.S. News & World Report also named TMC a High Performing Hospital for Stroke for 2026–2027.
TMC extends its emergency network through two 24/7 freestanding emergency departments — ER at Sherman and ER at Anna. Both provide comprehensive emergency services, and the main Trauma Center and both freestanding EDs are certified Chest Pain Centers.
TMC was also recognized as Best Emergency Services in the Herald Democrat's 2025 Best of Texoma Reader's Choice Awards and earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group in Spring 2026.
Pay Model:
- 1099 – RVU +base+quality, avg $280+/hr, uncapped earning potential
- W2 – RVU+base+quality, avg $270+/hr, uncapped earning potential
- $30/hour night differential
- W2 or 1099 – Base & Productivity. 10% of Base & Productivity pay is subject to 10% QSP Quality Safety Performance Metrics which is guaranteed at 100% for the first 90 days.
