Locums | General Dentistry | Eureka, CA (CA license required) Why This Role

  • Defined 3-month minimum commitment with option to extend
  • No call, predictable Monday-Friday schedule
  • Locums-to-perm potential (long-term permanent search)
  • Multiple openings (2 providers needed)
  • Possible facility-provided housing
Assignment Details Start: August 10, 2026, ongoing Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, no call Commitment: 3 months minimum (no exceptions), option to extend Volume: 16-18 patients/day Case mix: 50/50 pediatric/adult (must see all ages) Setting: Outpatient community health center EMR: Epic Credentialing: 30-60 days (~6 weeks standard with timely submission) Chart closure required within 72 hours Decision timeline: ~7-14 days Nearest airport: ACV (Arcata-Eureka) Note: facility may have in-house housing available Clinical Details General dentistry — full scope across all ages ~50/50 pediatric and adult mix Community health center practice Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dentistry Active CA license Active DEA (required before start date) BLS Immunizations required Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
