Audiologist Opening in NH Located in Berlin, New Hampshire About the Position An Audiologist is sought to join a growing ENT & Specialty Services team in Berlin, New Hampshire. This flexible opportunity offers both full-time and part-time scheduling while providing comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. -Full-time or part-time opportunity -3 to 5 days per week -Outpatient practice -No call responsibilities -Flexible schedule to support work-life balance Practice Highlights -Perform comprehensive evaluations for hearing, balance, and tinnitus disorders -Conduct behavioral and objective audiologic testing -Interpret diagnostic findings and develop evidence-based treatment plans -Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care -Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, treatment options, and communication strategies -Provide audiologic rehabilitation and hearing assistive technology recommendations -Manage tinnitus using non-medical treatment approaches -Collaborate with ENT providers, neurologists, physical therapists, and multidisciplinary team members -Utilize Meditech Expanse electronic medical record -Primarily practice in Berlin with occasional outreach to a nearby community clinic -Weekday outpatient schedule with standard clinic hours Compensation and Benefits -Competitive salary: $65,000-$115,000 annually -8 weeks combined paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and CME) -Annual CME allowance -Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance -Professional liability coverage with tail -Retirement plan -Mileage reimbursement for outreach travel -Student loan reimbursement -Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer -Supportive, mission-driven team environment Community Highlights Berlin offers an exceptional lifestyle for outdoor enthusiasts in the scenic White Mountains of northern New Hampshire. -Beautiful mountain scenery and four-season recreation -Hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, kayaking, and biking -Friendly small-town community -Low traffic and affordable cost of living -Nearby lakes, rivers, and state parks -Easy access to the White Mountain National Forest -Excellent quality of life for individuals and families Qualifications -AuD or Master's degree in Audiology -Active or eligible New Hampshire Audiology license -New graduates are encouraged to apply -Strong interpersonal communication and patient education skills -Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care -Comfort practicing in a rural healthcare setting -Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
