Emergency Medicine Physician (Locums)
Location: Indiana
Coverage: Community emergency department coverage across two locations in the same region
Openings: 1
Position Overview
Provide emergency department coverage across two sites with cross credentialing required.
Manage a broad mix of emergency presentations appropriate for community hospital practice.
Perform moderate sedation as needed.
Required Qualifications
MD or DO.
Board certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain, if allowed by the client).
DEA registered in Indiana.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing and Onboarding Items
Credentialing and privileging timeframe may be extended. Clean files and complete documentation help expedite processing.
Typical items may include immunizations, TB, case logs, malpractice history, and other facility required documents.
