- Start/end: 9/28/2026 - Ongoing
- Shifts: 20+ per month available; flexible number of locums
- Coverage pattern: mostly single-coverage with some shift overlap; at times double-coverage with two APCs
- Patient volume: 17-23 encounters per shift; admission rate ~20%
- Trauma level: IV
- 24/7 services: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology; Not available: Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cath Lab, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery; OR response time in place
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, BC, WI license
- Clean NPDB/file required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days, temp privs granted
