Location: Louisiana
Schedule: Emergency department coverage with variable shifts.
Position Overview
Provide emergency department coverage in a critical access hospital setting using an established team model.
Work Environment
Annual ED volume: approximately 19,000
EMR: Epic
Required Qualifications
Active Louisiana medical license
Active Louisiana DEA registration and controlled substance registration
Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine as accepted by the client
Certifications
ACLS
ATLS and PALS may be required depending on board certification pathway
