We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position in Apopka, FL. This is an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a freestanding emergency department (FSED). Please see below for more information.
Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED)
Job Responsibilities
Perform emergency procedures and interventions as clinically indicated
Accurately document patient encounters, assessments, and treatment plans
Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and ancillary teams to coordinate patient care
Provide evidence-based, high-quality emergency medicine care in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Active Florida medical license required; IMLC accepted
ACLS and PALS required
Must reside 50+ miles from facility (no locals)
Working Hours
5 shifts per scheduling block
Scheduled coverage; no call required
Ongoing contract
