We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position in Lake City, FL. This is an ongoing locum tenens opportunity supporting a newly renovated, high-volume emergency department. Please see below for more information.
22-bed ED (newly renovated)
Annual ED volume of approximately 60,000
Job Responsibilities
Manage a broad patient mix including approximately 15% pediatric cases
Handle an approximately 9% critical care patient rate
Support a facility with a 17% admission rate
Qualifications
Active Florida medical license required; IMLC accepted
Must reside 50+ miles from facility (no local candidates)
Working Hours
Scheduled coverage, no call
Ongoing contract
