Job description
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position in Panama City, FL. This is an ongoing opportunity providing scheduled coverage with no call responsibility. Please see below for more information.
11 emergency room bays including a fully equipped trauma bay
All private treatment rooms
Separate adult and pediatric waiting areas
State-of-the-art imaging including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology
Fully integrated with a regional acute care hospital system
Job Responsibilities
Work within a fully integrated, high-acuity emergency department
Utilize advanced on-site imaging resources including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology
Deliver care in a scheduled coverage model with no on-call requirements
Qualifications
Active Florida medical license required; IMLC accepted
Working Hours
5 shifts per schedule block
Scheduled coverage; no call required
2-hour onboarding orientation plus two shadow shifts included
Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility
