Join a stable, high-functioning team of 12 EM physicians and 3 APPs at Sky Lakes Medical Center, a Level III Trauma facility. Handling 35,000 annual visits, our ED is the primary critical care hub for a massive 10,000-square-mile region . The Practice: Flexible Scheduling & True Balance

Customizable Shift Lengths: Choose the cadence that fits your life with a flexible mix of 9-hour or 12-hour shifts.

Full-Time Structure: Full-time status requires just 120 hours per month, offering maximum control over your schedule and significant blocks of consecutive time off.

Pacing: Manageable average of 1.5 to 2.0 patients per hour.

No "Admin" Call: Your off-duty time is strictly protected; there are zero on-call responsibilities outside of your scheduled clinical shifts.

APP Support: APPs are on-site daily from 11:00 to 23:00 to assist with patient flow and fast-track needs.

Specialist Access: A 10-bed ICU supported by dedicated Hospitalists, Intensivists, and Pulm/CC specialists.
Tiered Compensation & Incentives
We offer a transparent and competitive hourly structure that rewards productivity, extra coverage, and night-shift work:
