Emergency Medicine Physician

This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to serve a diverse patient population across all ages, managing an average of 25-30 patients daily in a fast-paced emergency department. What You Will Do:
- Provide emergency medical care to a wide range of patients in a busy hospital setting.
- Support staff including physicians, nurses, techs, and advanced practice providers as needed.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management.
- Work night shifts (5x24-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00).
Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license.
- DEA certification.
- Strong clinical skills with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Nice to Have Skills:
- ABEM certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience in a community hospital environment.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of emergency medicine or internal medicine practice.
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
- Willingness to undergo credentialing (approximately 90 days).
- Temp providers are welcome with a clean credential file.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as scheduled.
