- Starting: July - Ongoing
- Need 2 full-time locums (125 hours each). The need is across both locations, and providers will be scheduled at 1 location per day. Sites are 30 min from each other.
- Site 1 (Washington) Shift Times: 6a-4 | 10a-8p | 4p-1a | 8p-6a
- Site 2 (Greene) Shift Times: 7a-7p | 7p-7a
- Estimated 60 day credentialing
- WHS: 52k patients a year / Busy department
- WHS Greene: 18k patients a year / 8 Treatment rooms
- Patients per shift: WH 18-20, Greene 16-24
- APP’s
- 8 patients per day
- PA License, Will wait for someone to be licensed
- BC, DEA
- Full and Temp privs available
- EMR: Sunrise
