Compensation
- Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 pay range of $223/hour to $269/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Additional leadership stipend of $70,000 per year.

About USACS
Seeking an ED Cirtical Care Medical Director to work at St. Peter's Hospital, Samaritan Hospital, Albany Memorial Hospital, and Ellis Hospital in New York.
- Stipend: $70K/yr
- Clinical hours: minimum 80/month. Credentialed at St. Peter's Hospital and Ellis Hospital. Start at St. Peter's Hospital until comfortable then can opt to work shifts at Ellis.
- Sites covered: St. Peter's Hospital, Samaritan Hospital, Albany Memorial Hospital, and Ellis Hospital
- Role/Responsibilities:
- Modify/update current ED critical care order sets and algorithms
- Create new ED critical care orders sets and algorithms
- Case reviews
- Staff meeting updates/education
- Act as a liaison to the intensivists at each site
- Attend hospital critical care meetings (as schedule allows)
- Attend USACS national critical care meetings
