Compensation
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 pay of $180/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.

- Small scale facility with four inpatient beds
- The hospital addresses observation and low acuity patients
- Established referral pathway for higher acuity patients

Emergency Department
- ED Volume: 10,000
- 5-bed patient treatment area with two additional vertical treatment chairs
- 12-hour shifts, 24 hours of Physician coverage
- EMR: Epic with Abridge AI for ambient generative AI documentation
- ED Physicians have the option to staff the wound clinic
Note: Westfield Memorial ED Clinicians enjoy a close relationship with nearby Saint Vincent Hospital as most staff members work at both hospitals.
