Compensation
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $198/hour to $259/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.

Offering a wide range of medical and surgical services, the 200-bed, acute care Doctors Community Hospital provides comprehensive programs to address the varying needs of the Lanham, MD. community.
- CT Scanner (64 Slice) is dedicated to the ED
- A second CT scanner is located on the 2nd floor for inpatients
- Luminis Health SAIL Simulation Center Utilized for ED Nursing and Provider Education
- Labor and Delivery Unit to be built in 2028
