- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Est. start date: 04/11/2026, Est. length of assignment: 2-6 months, 10 shifts/month
- Preferred Schedule: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient (Hospital), Annual patient volume: 10,000, Total # of hospital beds: 17, ED beds: 5
- Scope of Work: Emergency medicine
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NC state medical licenses, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS
- EMR: Paragon
- Pay Rate Preferred: TBD
Additional Details an Emergency Medicine Physician will want to know about a position:
- Current Staffing Model of this program (MD & APCs): Solo Provider - currently 3 APC, 1 MD
- Temporary or emergency privileges be granted
- EM experience : 3 + years
- Provider will be privileged at Swain, but credentials are for both facilities once granted.
- This position does both EM and HM.
