Hospital Details
San Antonio’s Baptist Neighborhood Hospitals are not freestanding emergency departments, but rather “micro-hospitals” offering inpatient services as well as 24/7 emergency medical care. Each facility is distinguished due to the streamlined admitting procedures, highly qualified Clinicians, medical specialists at every level of care, and access to the latest diagnostic equipment.

- 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of Physician coverage per day
- ED Beds: 10
- Admission Rate: 5%
- Qualifications: BC/BP in emergency medicine, or BC/BP in a primary specialty (family medicine or internal medicine) with recent experience and current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications with emergency medicine experience
