Seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director at a hospital in Logansport, Indiana. This leadership role offers a blend of clinical practice and administrative responsibilities with strong regional and national support.
Facility Highlights
14-bed Emergency Department
Approximately 20,000 annual patient visits
24 hours of physician coverage daily
12 hours of Advanced Practice Clinician coverage daily
Manageable patient volume allowing for individualized care
Position Highlights:
Medical Director leadership role
Dedicated administrative time
Support from Regional Medical Director
Lead new clinician orientation and onboarding
Participate in departmental meetings
Conduct quarterly goal and performance review meetings

Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine / Family Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
Leadership experience preferred
