Start Date: May 1st Duration: 12-month locum assignment Shifts per Month: ~30

Position Highlights:

• Day, evening, and night shifts available (6a–3p, 8a–6p, 10a–10p, 2p–12a, 6p–4a, 10p–6a)

• Average monthly hours: ~130

• FTE: 4

• ED patient volume: ~1.8 patients per hour

• Procedures: reductions, cardioversions, moderate sedation, lacerations, chest tubes, intubations, central lines, trauma management, EKG interpretation, and more

• Work closely with a team of physicians for complex cases

• Support staff available across specialties: General Surgery, GI, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Nephrology, Cardiology/Cath Lab, and Urology

• Trauma, ACLS, PALS trained nurses support patient care

• EMR: EPIC with Dragon dictation

• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Emergency Medicine

• Active Arkansas license required

• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, DEA required

• Clean malpractice record required
