Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
- Main hospital may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts
Clinical Information:
- Preference for provider to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's
- Annual Patient Visits: projected 19,000 per year (52 per day)
- Fully Integrated with main campus
- 12 private patient care beds
- Dedicated trauma room
- Dedicated pediatric treatment room
- Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus or other facility
Required:
- Flexibility in Schedule:
- Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
- Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Requirements:
- BC/BE ABEM or AOBEM
- BC IM/FM with at least 3 years of EM experience
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
- Active FL License
- ACLS, PALS
