• Start date: May 27, 2026

• Assignment duration: Three months

• Seeking a board certified or board eligible Emergency Medicine physician (ABEM or AOBEM)

• Physicians board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine will be considered if additional experience requirements are met

• Freestanding emergency department setting

Schedule

• Physician coverage: 24 hours daily

• Average patient volume: approximately 1.3 patients per hour

• Annual ED volume: approximately 11,000 visits

Clinical Details

• State-of-the-art freestanding emergency department

• 12 private exam rooms

• Designated trauma room

• Manage a wide range of emergency medicine presentations in a lower-volume environment

Clinical Support and Diagnostics

• Diagnostic imaging on-site (X-rays and CT scans, with and without contrast)

• Laboratory services on-site

• Ultrasound available on call 24/7 with a 30-minute response time

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) preferred

• Physicians board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine must have:

  • Minimum of 6,000 hours of emergency room experience

  • Full-time ED work within the three years preceding application

• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
