Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed (minimum 60+ days)
- End Date: Ongoing availability for 12+ months
- Shifts: 8p-8a or 8a-8p
- Availability Requirement: Minimum of 5 shifts per month, preferably 8-10
Clinical Details
- Percent of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 17%
- Percent of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 17%
- Percent of ED Patients Transferred per Day: Less than 7%
- Annual volume: 18,527 (15-20 patients per shift per provider)
- Total Number of Beds: 11
- Fast track in ED
- EMR: All Scripts/Paragon
- Will oversee APPs
- ED Physician writes orders for Admissions
- Deliveries Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery
- Consultants: Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist/Oncologist
Requirements
- Provider must be available for nights and weekends
- OH state License required; will accept IMLC with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance
- COVID Vaccination
- Must be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM; no other certifications accepted
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Must have 2+ years of recent experience
- NRP
- Clean background
- Self-query NPDB
