Description :

is looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine provider. Provider must be available a minimum of 5 shifts a month, preferably 8-10 and ongoing availability 12+ months.

Start date - As soon as credentialed (min 60+ days)

Shifts are 8p-8a or 8a-8p

• Percent (%) of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 17

• Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 17%

• Percent (%) of ED Patients Transferred per Day: Less than 7%

• Trauma Level/Designation: None

• Annual volume: 18,527 (15-20/shift per provider

• Total Number of Beds: 11

• Fast track in ED? Yes

• EMR: All Scripts/Paragon

• Will oversee APP's

• ED Physician writes orders for Admissions

• Deliveries Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery

• Consultants Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist / Oncologist

Submission Requirements

• ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR OR PROVIDER WILL BE REDIRECTED

• Name clear process is not officially completed by OVP until the client reviews the candidate's full presentation.

• Provider must be available for nights and weekends - please note in availability at time of nameclear

• OH state License - [REQUIRED], will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
• COVID Vaccination - [REQUIRED]
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - [REQUIRED], no exceptions
• MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - [REQUIRED]
• MUST have 2+ recent experience - [REQUIRED]
• NRP - [REQUIRED]
• Clean background - no exceptions [REQUIRED]
• Self query NPDB at time of name clear [REQUIRED]
