- Coverage Needs:
- Need ASAP - Ongoing
- Must be able to cover 5+ shifts per month
- Shifts:Â
- 7a-7p OR 7p-7a
- Setting:Â
- Independent community regional hospital
- Level 3 Trauma CenterÂ
- ICU supportÂ
- Also a level 2 stroke center
- Routinely handles Stroke alerts, STEMI activations, Trauma stabilizationÂ
- Census:
- 35 ED beds
- 36k annual volume
- Average 98Â ED patients per dayÂ
- 22% Pediatric
- 5%, OBGYN
- 9% Trauma
- 12% Geriatric
- Support Staff:Â
- 24-36 Hours Advanced Practitioner Coverage (Fri-Mon 36 Hours; Tues-Thurs 24 Hours)
- APPs work between Main ED & Fast Track
- Procedures:Â
- All Standard ER proceduresÂ
- EMR:Â
- Meditech with Dragon
- Board Certification:Â
- Board Certified RequiredÂ
- Travel:Â
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Will take 90 daysÂ
- Requirements:
- Active MOÂ state license
- Active DEA and CDS in MOÂ or willing to transferÂ
- ATLS, ACLS
