Coverage Needed
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule: Night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM), particularly on weekends
- Coverage Type: Locum Emergency Medicine
- Shifts: 15-20 shifts per month
Clinical Details
- Level 2 Trauma Center
- Annual patients seen: 75,000
- 81 exam rooms with a separate psych holding area
- State-of-the-art trauma rooms with a dedicated pediatric trauma room
- Dedicated Imaging and Laboratory Services
- Low transfer rate
- 24/7 Physician Staffing with APP Support 7 days/week
- APP Extenders and Scribes available
Requirements
- EM Board Certified/Board Eligible (Family Medicine not acceptable)
- South Carolina Medical License
- CSR and DEA that can remain permanently registered in South Carolina
- Emergency Medicine Residency Trained
- Comfortable with all EM procedures
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, busy ED with high patient acuity
- Comfortable with all ages
