Locum Emergency Medicine (MD/DO) – South Texas Level II Trauma
Amergis Healthcare is seeking emergency medicine physicians to help cover a South Texas level II trauma center. The hospital is looking for doctors able to cover 6+ shifts a month on an ongoing basis through the year.
🩺 Hospital/Position Details
- Location: Harlingen, Texas
- Start Date: May-June start expected
- Volume: 44k annual volume
- Schedule: 6a-4p, 10a-8p, 4p-2a, 8p-6a
- EMR system: Cerner
📋 Requirements
- Board Certified (ABEM/AOBEM) in Emergency Medicine ONLY
- Active TX state license & TX DEA
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience post-residency
- Strong communication and patient care skills
