A well-established democratic Emergency Medicine group is seeking a Board-Certified physician with ER experience to join their team covering four Emergency Departments across Ohio.
This is a physician-led, independent group — not corporate-managed — offering autonomy, stability, and a strong team culture.

Annual Volumes: 6,000 – 18,000 visits

Coverage Model:

Lower-volume sites: single physician coverage

3 larger ERs: physician + PA/NP backup

Must be Board Certified

Emergency Room experience required

$175 – $210 per hour (based on experience and site)
