Experienced Emergency Medicine Physician (EM, FM, IM) – Roanoke Rapids Area, NC/VA Border
Opportunity Highlights
- Employed position within a physician-led community practice model
- Hospital privileges at a 204-bed community hospital
- 26-bed Emergency Department with strong NP and PA support
- Dedicated 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage
- ED team includes 8 physicians and 4 APPs
- Locked 6-bed psychiatric unit within the ED
- Full specialty support including Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Oncology, and Pediatrics
- Strong air and ground transfer access to a Level I Trauma Center
- Telestroke support and on-site Cardiac Cath Lab

Qualifications
- BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with Emergency Medicine experience considered
- Eligible for North Carolina licensure
