- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 3, and PEDs level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 2 patients per hour. Shifts are available at various times of the day and night, ranging from 8 to 12 hours, based on provider availability. Coverage is needed for 30-35 shifts per month, with 2 full-time locums covering 14 shifts each. The facility is a Level III Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center, with 27 acute ED beds and 6 fast-track beds. There is a strong partnership with 18 full-time, integrated hospitalists, ensuring a collaborative environment for patient care.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage acute ED patients, utilizing 27 acute ED beds and 6 fast-track beds.
* Collaborate with hospitalists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Respond to a variety of emergency situations and stabilize patients accordingly.
Qualifications
* Experience working in trauma centers or emergency care settings.
* Ability to manage high-acuity patients and critical care scenarios.
Working Hours
* Shift times range from 8 to 12 hours, based on provider availability.
Skills
