TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physician to join our high-performing team at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, Alabama, as the facility medical director. This individual will oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the hospital, provide medical leadership, improve patient care quality, and help drive performance metrics and departmental goals. As part of the ED leadership team, the medical director will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, staff, and administration to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of emergency services.
