- Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
- Location: East of Indianapolis, IN
- Facility: 28 bed ED
- Daily Volume: 6-10 patients/day
- Coverage:
- Physician:
- Sunday-Saturday; Days and Nights Available
- 6am-3pm
- 9am-5pm
- 2pm-11pm
- 4pm-12am
- 9pm-6am
- 10pm-7am
- Sunday-Saturday; Days and Nights Available
- Physician:
- Support: 2-3 RN’s, 1-2 APP’s
- Call: N/A
- EMR System: Cerner
- Certification: BC EM
- Completed an EM residency
- License: Active Indiana upon presentation; IMLC
