Locum tenens Emergency Medicine opportunity in Central Indiana covering multiple freestanding Emergency Room and Urgent Care sites. This high-demand, multi-site assignment begins in September and offers steady coverage in a blended ED/Urgent Care model with APC support. Physicians will provide 24-hour coverage across day and night 12-hour shifts.
Job Responsibilities
• Work 12-hour day and night shifts
• Evaluate, treat, and manage ED and UC patients
• Collaborate with APC providers
• Perform procedures within EM and UC scope of practice
• Deliver care across multiple freestanding sites
Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted license (or ability to obtain)
• ACLS required
• Experience in freestanding ED and Urgent Care settings preferred
Working Hours
• Shift times:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Estimated 20–25 shifts per month across all sites
• APC coverage varies by site (10–20 hours daily)
