  • ED Volume: ED seen 73,144 patients last fiscal year
  • Beds: 60
  • Patients per Shift: 15–20
  • Admissions: Required
  • EMR: Epic
Shift Times (All Needed – No Preference)
  • 6a–3p
  • 7a–4p
  • 9a–6p
  • 12p-9p
  • 2p–11p
  • 4p–1a
  • 6p–3a
  • 10p–7a
  • 11p–7a
APP coverage: 9a–9p, 10a-10p, 11a-11p, and 12p-12a during the week and 9a-9p and 11a-11p on weekends No physical scribes, we now use DAX Co-Pilot Fast track lane available Required Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine – Required
  • Emergency Medicine Boarded – Required ABEM/ABOEM
  • Active Missouri license – Required
  • Cannot accept AAPS/SBPS ER Boards
  • ACLS – Required*
  • ATLS – Required*
  • PALS – Required*
*If Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, certifications do not need to be current if previously completed. Required Procedures Must be comfortable with:
  • Laceration repair
  • Incision and drainage (I&D)
  • Intubation
  • Central lines
  • Chest tubes
  • Point-of-care ultrasound
  • Ultrasound-guided IV placement
