This is a great short-term Emergency Medicine locums opportunity in Clinton, North Carolina, offering a high-demand solo ER coverage shift in a busy emergency department with strong midlevel support. Job Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate and treat a wide range of emergent medical conditions
ā¢ Perform standard emergency medicine procedures as needed
ā¢ Work alongside midlevel coverage support model
ā¢ Support ICU coverage structure as applicable
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
ā¢ Deliver high-quality patient-centered emergency care
Qualifications
ā¢ Active North Carolina license required (NC only)
ā¢ MUST be enrolled in PECOS
ā¢ MUST be NC Medicaid credentialed
ā¢ Ability to work independently in solo coverage model
ā¢ Must be comfortable in high-volume ED setting

ā¢ Annual Volume: 32,000
ā¢ Daily Volume: 90ā100 patients
ā¢ Typical Provider Volume: 18ā20 patients per 12-hour shift
