We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in El Paso, Texas. This is a well-supported emergency department with consistent coverage needs and a structured clinical environment.
This opportunity is open to Emergency Medicine–trained physicians as well as Family Medicine physicians with strong Emergency Department experience.

• Emergency Department coverage
• 12-hour physician shifts
• Long-term assignment with stability and continuity
• Flexible scheduling options
• No call responsibilities
• APP support available
• EMR system utilized on site

Candidate Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred
• Family Medicine MDs will be considered if they have:
• Significant Emergency Department experience
• Active ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA required
• ACLS required
• ATLS & PALS required for FM-trained physicians practicing in the ED

• 12-hour shifts
• Minimum shift commitment required
• Estimated start based on availability and credentialing
• Long-term assignment with potential to extend

• Standard credentialing process
• Orientation and EMR training provided
• Dedicated onboarding support throughout the process
